Viaggio d’inverno by Vittoria Serena & Claudia Zaggia — Editorial Curation (2015)
Viaggio d’inverno is a book born from an act of love, remembrance, and collaboration. Written by Claudia Zaggia from the original manuscripts of Vittoria Serena, it takes shape through a process of selection and care carried out by Terry Bonaldo, Vittoria’s mother, with the assistance of Riccardo Rizzetto.
In this delicate editorial journey, Riccardo supported Terry in curating and organising Vittoria’s writings — diaries, notes, and reflections — transforming them into a coherent and poetic narrative that could honour her voice.
The project became both a personal and collective gesture: a way of allowing words to continue speaking where silence had fallen, and of transforming loss into a space for resonance and continuity.
Viaggio d’inverno stands as a testament to the enduring power of writing — as memory, as light, and as the possibility of remaining.
“Ognuno di noi deve avere un sogno, un piccolo punto ma perfettamente visibile anche se apparentemente irraggiungibile.
Quel piccolo punto ci fissa giorno e notte, ci dà la forza per resistere.”
